An 11 year old Single Farm single malt from Kilchoman on Islay. It is made entirely at Rockside Farm, from barley grown there, with malting, peating, distillation, maturation and bottling all done on site. It was aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Soft peat smoke sits alongside bright citrus and tropical fruit, with subtle layers of warming spice.
