Kilchoman – 14 Year Old Sherry Casks 20th Anniversary (55%)

This 14 year old Kilchoman marks the distillery's own 20th anniversary. It was matured fully in sherry casks and bottled at 55% ABV without chill-filtration. The sherry casks sit alongside Kilchoman's peat smoke, and the whisky is a dark amber with red tones in the glass. The nose brings dried fruit, dark chocolate and spice, framed by deep, maritime peat. The palate is full and powerful, with raisins, figs, spiced oak and sweet malt, followed by marked smoke and a long, warm finish.
