Kilchoman 16 Year Old is an Islay single malt bottled at 50%, and the oldest whisky the distillery has released so far. Kilchoman is a farm distillery on Rockside Farm in north-west Islay, founded in 2005, and it makes only single malt.
The whisky is a vatting of 21 casks, matured for more than 16 years, mostly in old Bourbon casks with a touch of old oloroso sherry casks.
