This is a single cask Kilchoman from Islay, distilled on 2 December 2010 and matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. It was bottled on 25 February 2016 at 5 years old and at cask strength, 58.7%, and the cask produced 268 bottles.
Kilchoman was founded in 2005 on a farm on the west coast of Islay. In this bottling the character comes from PX sherry, Islay peat, smoke, dark sweetness, malt and cask spice.
