Kilchoman 2011 20th Anniversary Cask is a 14-year-old Islay single malt released to mark 20 years of farm distilling at Kilchoman. It was produced, distilled and matured entirely on the farm, in ex-sherry casks, and bottled in 2025 at 55% in a run of 3145 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered, with no added colour.
The nose has warm raisins, roasted nuts, peat smoke and dark caramel. The palate is led by sherry, with dried fruit, chocolate, smoke, spice and a deep maltiness. The finish is long, warming and oily.
