This is a single cask Kilchoman from the farm distillery on Islay, bottled at 53% in a 70cl bottle. The barley was grown entirely on Islay.
The whisky was distilled on 20 June 2013 and matured in a bourbon barrel until it was bottled on 1 September 2020. The outturn was 268 bottles.
Expect citrus, vanilla, fruit, gentle smoke and sea salt.
