This is a single cask Kilchoman from the 100% Islay range, bottled at 53% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky was distilled on 20 June 2013 and matured for seven years in a single bourbon barrel before bottling on 1 September 2020. The cask yielded 268 bottles. In the 100% Islay range the barley growing, malting, distilling, maturing and bottling all take place on Kilchoman's own farm.
The nose is soft peat smoke with citrus, vanilla and light spice. The palate has honey, toffee, roasted barley and salty smoke. The finish is long, fresh and smoky, with citrus and oak.
