Kilchoman Casado is a limited edition Islay single malt, bottled at 46%. Kilchoman is Scotland's only farm distillery, on Rockside Farm in the north-west of Islay, and it was founded in 2005.
Casado is Portuguese for marriage, and the name describes how this whisky was made. It spent six years in new bourbon casks, after which 38 casks were chosen and combined in two 6,000-litre Portuguese red wine casks.
