Kilchoman – Cognac Cask Matured 2026 (50%)

This is the 2026 edition of Kilchoman's Cognac cask matured single malt, bottled at 50% abv. It combines 33 first-fill ex-Cognac barriques, all distilled in 2019. The whisky spent its whole maturation in those barriques, which lets the French oak show its full influence. It is described as a marriage of toasted nuts, warming spices and luscious stone fruit, balanced by Kilchoman's distinctive peat smoke and bright citrus character.
