This Kilchoman was distilled in 2016 and matured entirely in ex-cognac casks for a minimum of 6 years. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV.
Kilchoman's founder, Anthony Willis, personally chose the 32 cognac casks from the French cooperage Tonellerie Bossuet. The release is limited to 15,000 bottles and follows the distillery's earlier small batch editions.
