Kilchoman – Family Casks Series No.1 11 Year Old Sherry Cask Matured Heavily Peated 2026 (70cl, 54.7%)

This is an 11 year old Kilchoman from Islay, matured fully in an Oloroso sherry cask and bottled at 54.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from heavily peated barley at 50 ppm, supplied by the Port Ellen Maltings on Islay. It belongs to Family Casks, the first release in a new limited series of older stocks from the distillery. Each expression was selected personally by the five members of the Wills family, who founded Kilchoman, and the series is drawn from rare single casks.
