Kilchoman – Family Collection Series No.1 18 Year Old Bourbon Cask 50 ppm Heavily Peated 2026 (70cl, 50%)

This is an 18-year-old single cask Islay malt from Kilchoman, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle after maturation in a bourbon cask. It comes from the first release of the Family Casks series, which draws on the oldest stocks held at the farm distillery. Each expression in the series was chosen personally by one of the five members of the Wills family, who founded Kilchoman. This one is made from heavily peated barley at 50 ppm, supplied by the Port Ellen Maltings on Islay.
