Genesis Harvest Stage 2 is a 2021 cask edition from Kilchoman on Islay, bottled at 49.2% in a 70cl bottle. The outturn is 4,200 bottles.
The whisky was matured in a mix of casks: 75% bourbon, 20% Sauternes and 5% sherry.
Kilchoman is an independent, family-owned distillery. Anthony Wills founded it in 2005, the first new distillery on Islay for 124 years, with the aim of reviving farm distilling. Barley is grown on the farmland around Kilchoman.
