This is Kilchoman Genesis, Harvest Stage 3, a peating cask edition from 2022, bottled at 49.4% and limited to 3,600 bottles. It is an Islay single malt.
The Genesis series follows the making of a Kilchoman whisky, and this stage looks at peating. Only Islay peat was used, with barley peated to 20ppm from Kilchoman itself and barley at 50ppm from Port Ellen Maltings. The whisky is 100% Islay.
It was matured in a mix of casks: 70% bourbon, 25% sauternes and 5% sherry.
