Genesis Mashing Stage 4 is the fourth bottling in Kilchoman's Genesis series, a limited release of Islay single malt. This edition puts the spotlight on mashing, the step in which hot water is added to the malt to draw out its sugars. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in a mix of 75% bourbon, 20% cognac and 5% sherry casks. It was bottled in 2023, in an outturn of 3,000 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
