The second release in Kilchoman's From Barley to Bottle series, following the first bottling, Harvest. Stage 2 looks at malting, and 4,200 bottles were filled.
The malt combines Concerto barley malted at Port Ellen Maltings with Kilchoman's own barley, Concerto and Laureate. It was matured in a vatting of 75% bourbon casks, 5% oloroso sherry casks and 20% Sauternes casks.
