Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2023 is an Islay single malt bottled at 46% ABV, in an edition of 18,000 bottles. It is a vatting of 24 Oloroso sherry butts from Bodega Miguel Martin, distilled in 2013, 2014 and 2015 and matured entirely in the distillery's warehouses on Islay. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose brings cocoa with a touch of leather, black cherry and light smoke. On the palate, toasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate and toasted dark fruit give way to gentle peat ash. The finish is balanced and long, with a fresh sea breeze.
