Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2024 Release is an Islay single malt bottled at 46%. It is matured only in oloroso sherry casks from a single bodega, Jose Miguel Martin, using a mix of butts and hogsheads that gives two styles of maturation.
The spirit is farm crafted, and the distillery values using one bodega for consistent quality and character.
The sherry casks bring heavy sherry notes, spicy dark chocolate, rich fruits and burnt sugar, balanced by peat smoke and citrus fruit.
