Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength is an Islay single malt from Kilchoman Distillery, in its 2025 limited edition. It is bottled at 58.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Kilchoman is an independent, family-owned farm distillery on the west coast of Islay, founded in 2005. It grows a portion of its own barley and malts it on traditional floor maltings, and it carries out every stage of production on site, from mash to bottling.
