This is Kilchoman Machir Bay, the flagship bottling from Islay's smallest distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is a vatting of 5 and 6 year old whiskies, mostly aged in ex-bourbon barrels and then matured further in Oloroso casks before bottling. Kilchoman carries out every stage of whisky making on Islay. It won a Gold medal at the International Wine and Spirit Challenge in 2012.
