This is a 2021 single malt from Kilchoman on Islay, matured in Madeira casks and sold in a 70cl bottle.
Kilchoman was founded in 2005 by Anthony Wills and was the first distillery built on Islay in more than 124 years. It is the island's farm distillery, producing single farm single malt.
The distillery is one of the few in Scotland that remain independent.
