This is the 2024 edition of Kilchoman Port Cask Matured, a single malt from the Islay distillery in a 70cl bottle. The whisky spent its whole maturation in ruby port hogsheads, which gave it the rich, fruity character of the fortified wine.
The casks were chosen from two vintages, and the youngest whisky in the mix is 6 years old.
