Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured 2023 is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The nose brings blackberries, redcurrants and light citrus, with golden syrup, dates and rounded smoke beneath. On the palate come cooked berries, juicy oranges and oaky tannins, alongside charred peat smoke and layers of PX sweetness. The finish is long, with rounded waves of mixed fruit and lasting sweetness.
