Kilchoman Rockside 11 is an 11 year old single malt made entirely from Islay malt and matured in bourbon and Oloroso casks.
The nose combines orange, lemon peel, fragrant elderflower, honeyed sweetness and sea smoke.
On the palate come citrus and tropical fruit, barley sugar, toffee apple, the sweetness of salted caramel and a hint of peat smoke. The finish brings butterscotch, walnut, lingering juicy citrus and stone fruit.
