Kilchoman – Unpeated 13 Year Old 2012 Oloroso Sherry Butt 2025 Jubilee Edition (70cl, 54.5%)

This is a 13 year old unpeated single malt from Kilchoman, the farm distillery on Islay. It was distilled in 2012 from barley grown on the distillery's own land, then matured for the full 13 years in Oloroso sherry butts. It was bottled in 2025 at a cask strength of 54.5%. It is a Jubilee Edition made exclusively for the German market, limited to 1,315 individually numbered bottles. Kilchoman is best known for its 100% Islay approach, which makes an unpeated, long-aged release from its own stocks a departure from the usual path.
