This is a 10 year old Lowland single malt from Kingsbarns distillery in Fife, in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was distilled from locally grown barley and matured in a mix of 90% ex-bourbon barrels and 10% STR red wine barriques. The bourbon barrels contribute soft vanilla and tropical sweetness, while the STR barriques add depth and a gentle touch of spice. The aroma is of summer blossom, ripe stone fruits and toasted oak.
