Kingsbarns – Dream to Dram

Dream to Dram is a Lowland single malt from Kingsbarns. It was matured in two types of cask, first-fill ex-bourbon and re-charred barrique, and the two were then blended together. The cask combination was chosen to suit a fruity, light and complex whisky that has been made with care. The nose is tropical fruit, with banana, pineapple syrup and summer berries and a touch of herbs. The palate is soft toffee and redcurrants, followed by a finish of ginger syrup.
