Kingsbarns Falkland is a limited edition Lowland single malt from Kingsbarns Distillery, made in small batches. It is matured in a selection of casks that includes first-fill ex-bourbon and sherry butts, and bottled at 46% ABV in a 700ml bottle. It is non-chill filtered and natural in colour.
The nose shows crisp green apple, pear drops, vanilla cream and light coastal salinity. The palate is rounded, with orchard fruit, honeyed malt, lemon zest and soft oak spice. The finish is clean, with lingering citrus, sweet spice and subtle maritime notes.
