Kirin Fuji-Sanroku Signature Blend (70cl, 50%)

Kirin Fuji-Sanroku Signature Blend is a Japanese blended whisky made at the Kirin Fuji Gotemba Distillery in Shizuoka, at the foot of Mount Fuji. It was introduced in 2017 and is bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It combines malt and grain whiskies produced in-house and matured in a range of casks, including bourbon barrels. The blenders choose each whisky at what they judge to be its peak of maturity rather than by years alone. The character is full-bodied, with the vanilla and fruity aromas of the bourbon barrels coming through.
