Knob Creek Small Batch is a nine-year-old straight bourbon from Kentucky, made by Jim Beam and bottled by Knob Creek at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
On the nose it is described as vanilla, caramel and toasted wood with a restrained spiciness. The palate is full-bodied, with oak, maple syrup and a touch of dried fruit, and the finish is long, warm and lightly peppery.
