Kornog Roc'H Hir BDF 19 is a peated single malt from the Glann ar Mor distillery in Brittany, France. It is a limited-edition single-cask release, matured in a Bourbon cask and bottled in 2019 at a cask strength of 63.1% ABV. Only 264 bottles were produced.
The nose is typically described as candied lemon and orange with sea spray, vanilla, fresh malt, hay and herbal notes. On the palate there is peat smoke, citrus fruit, barley sweetness and vanilla, with a distinctly salty, maritime character. The finish is long, smoky and saline, with lingering fruit, ash and malt.
