Kornog Sant Erwan 2019 is a peated French single malt from the Glann ar Mor distillery in Brittany. It is a single-cask release, matured in a Bourbon cask and bottled at 50% ABV, with 283 bottles released.
The nose offers peat smoke, malt, almonds, light fruit, vanilla and fresh herbal notes. On the palate it is rich and balanced, with smoky peat, barley sweetness, almond, vanilla and gentle oak spice. The finish is long and warming, with peat, malt and oak and a little sweetness.
