Kujira 25 Year Old Ryukyu is a Japanese whisky from Okinawa, made from 100% Indica rice and native black koji.
It is matured in sherry, bourbon and white oak casks, and Okinawa's subtropical climate is said to speed up the ageing process.
Tasting notes describe a velvety profile of dark chocolate, tropical fruit and aged oak.
