A 10 year old blended malt whisky from Japan, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled by Masahiro Shuzo, one of the oldest and largest distilleries in Okinawa.
The spirit is made from 100% Indica rice, mashed with black koji.
The nose has honey and brown sugar, with spices and soft oak. On the palate come soft butter caramel sauce, liquorice and baked bread, with clove and cinnamon. The finish is long and spicy, with a slight bitterness that balances the sweetness.
