Kujira Ryukyu 10 Year Old is a single grain whisky distilled from 100% premium Indica rice, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in virgin white oak casks for more than ten years.
The nose is rich and buttery with caramel, and spice from the wood much like a bourbon. On the palate it is sweet and buttery, with caramel, roasted wood and liquorice, then cloves and cinnamon. The finish starts bitter, then runs long with spice as the sweetness returns.
