Kura Pure Malt is a Japanese blended malt whisky from Helios Distillery, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It is amber in the glass with golden glints. The nose brings toasted oak and a touch of moss, creamy lemon and soft malt. On the palate come brown sugar, re-charred oak with an earthy edge, lime marmalade, rye bread and a hint of bitter grape.
