Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It brings together malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries with grain whisky from Chita.
The components come from five different types of cask, including American oak, sherry and Japanese Mizunara, which adds vanilla notes. The Suntory blending team made it under master blender Shingo Torii.
It is described as an elegant blend, with blossom, honey, fresh fruit, a hint of spice and light oak.
