Kura The Whisky Sherry Cask Finish is a blended malt from Helios Distillery in Okinawa, Japan. It combines selected Scottish malt whisky with Helios's own malt spirit, then spends time in Oloroso sherry casks chosen in Spain. The bottle comes in 75cl.
The nose offers apricot, dark berries, dried fruit, malt and vanilla. On the palate it is creamy, with vanilla, chocolate, figs, raisins, caramel and cinnamon. The finish lingers with chocolate, sherry sweetness, gentle oak and mild spice.
