Kyrö New Make Whisky is the unaged spirit from the start of the whisky-making process, in a 50cl bottle. After three years in barrel it becomes whisky.
The aroma has sweetness and a slightly spicy rye note. On the palate it opens dry, then shows liquorice root and a touch of anise, leading to the taste of lightly spiced traditional Finnish rye bread.
It can be used as a base for cocktails or served chilled as a schnapps.
