L'Alman Riesling Langhe DOC - Anna Maria Abbona

This Langhe Riesling opens with a fragrant, measured profile: mature citrus, a light mineral note and hints of white flowers that do not dominate, leaving room for pleasant freshness. On the palate there are notes of green apple and white peach, with a savoury, vibrant line that supports drinking; the body is slender but present, and the persistence invites another sip. It is a gastronomic, elegant wine, immediate but with personality, suited to seafood, baked fish, shellfish, raw seafood and regional antipasti. Served fresh it shows crispness and aromatic clarity.
