La Adelita Añejo is a cristalino tequila bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It spends 18 months in second-use American oak whiskey barrels, re-toasted in Mexico to a medium toast, and shows a light copper colour in the glass.
The nose is expressive, with buttercream, lime and fresh agave. The palate is bold and well balanced, with a vegetal character and a well-integrated cedar and butterscotch note.
