A red wine from La Braccesca, Bramasole Cortona DOC Syrah. It shows an intense ruby colour, with aromas of red and black fruits, spicy notes and a discreet herbaceous nuance. On the palate it has a well-defined structure, present but polished tannins and acidity that supports freshness, with a persistent finish carrying fruity and spicy notes. It pairs with roast or grilled meats, mushroom dishes, aged cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve slightly cool for reds, around 16-18 C. It suits everyday and informal meals.
