A Dominican rum aged for 11 years and made from molasses at the Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos distillery, which was founded in 2009 by Spanish entrepreneurs.
After its long maturation, the rum was finished for 20 months in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The distillery's blend of tropical and continental ageing conditions is part of what shapes its character, and the distillery also generates all of its own energy.
This bottling comes from a small outturn of 492 bottles.
