This is a Panamanian rum made from molasses and distilled in a column still. It aged for 7 to 10 years in American oak before a 13 month finish in Oloroso sherry casks.
The rum was blended in a 500 litre sherry cask, which gives it depth and complexity from the fortified Andalusian wine. It was bottled in September 2021 from a single cask, yielding 675 bottles.
