La di Motte Friuli DOC Grave Pinot Grigio, produced by Botter, is a white wine from Friuli. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with light greenish reflections. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as pear and Golden apple, acacia and wisteria floral notes, and a delicate mineral nuance. On the palate it is elegant and fresh, with good acidity and a light but persistent structure, finishing clean and dry with a fruity note. It suits seafood starters, fish dishes, white meats, light pasta dishes and aperitifs.
