Viña 25 is a Pedro Ximénez sherry of deep mahogany colour with amber glints, and rich tears running down the glass.
It is aged in American oak by a traditional, meticulous method, which balances the considerable sugar in the wine.
The aroma is deep and balanced, with raisins and nuts. The palate is dense, full, velvety and generous, leading to a delicate aftertaste of great persistence.
