Laferté Non Tourbé is a French blended malt, made entirely from malted barley and matured in the Charente. It is an unpeated expression.
The maturation is split across four types of cask: new American oak, new French oak, ex-bourbon and ex-cognac. That combination of fresh oak and casks that have held other spirits is what defines the whisky, and it is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
