Lagmore is a 10 year old Speyside blended malt from the independent bottler Living Souls, a Glasgow team of three. It is a teaspooned malt from a young distillery on the Ballindalloch Estate, matured in first fill bourbon barrels and bottled at 48% ABV.
The bourbon casks add sweet pastry notes and plenty of vanilla to juicy pear and apple. Expect baked pear and apple, tarte tatin and vanilla custard on the nose, followed by a bright, nostalgic sweetness on the palate.
