Lambay Single Grain is an Irish single grain whiskey born on Lambay Island and bottled at 40% ABV. It is distilled in Ireland from carefully selected wheat and then matured in bourbon casks. The whiskey is reduced with water from the Trinity Well spring on Lambay. The result is a fruity, refined aromatic signature, bringing together tradition and island character.
