Langatun Old Deer is a Swiss single malt in a 50cl bottle, made by the Langatun distillery in Langenthal. It was matured in a combination of ex-sherry casks and ex-Chardonnay wine casks.
The nose is floral barley with a hint of sweet red berries. On the palate are fresh fruit, plump raisins, vanilla and a touch of herbal oak. The finish is soft and very lightly nutty.
